Aon just kicked off recruitment for their 2022 cohort of Aon Apprentices and will be partnering with Capital IDEA Houston to so that we can support the participants along the way!
In case you are not familiar, the Aon US Apprenticeship Program provides students without a four-year college degree with an entry point to launch a professional career at Aon. The two-year program combines academic instruction at a local community college with employment and on-the-job learning at Aon.
