On a case-by-case basis, financial assistance is provided to individuals who have obtained a degree or certification but face challenges in securing employment. Eligibility requires demonstrating failed attempts at finding work in their field, supported by relevant documentation. We understand that degrees/certifications don't guarantee job placement and aim to support those who have made genuine efforts. Each applicant's circumstances and job search evidence are carefully evaluated. It's important to note that assistance is not guaranteed due to varying funds and eligibility criteria. Interested individuals should contact mwinfree@capitalideahouston.org for further assistance.
